Two separate model numbers for same iPhone

Under settings-general- ABOUT: I have one model number but when I tap the number, another model number pops up. I only noticed this because I accidentally clicked it. & under this same setting, but next to the carrier tab shows Verizon and when I click it different things pop up, multiple times. I am not sure what this means but I have been worried because my phone has been acting up.
