I received a mail from this: Apple Support <acenghadeeuykecepatandewabisakitudekahah725165-17@sjdkfhwhert2.com>

Is this the Apple's mail or is a spam? Thank u

Well, since it didn't come from Apple (look at the address), it's spam.

I have many mails everey day from this mail and I block each time, and mail again in a few days.

I have the same issue with phone calls. It's the world today and there isn't much that we can do about it.
