Iphone 6 photo upload problem

I can not get photos on my Iphone 6 to upload to Icloud, Amazon photos, Google photos, or Drop box. Note I have successfully used Drop box in the past but no longer.

All of these sites say they do not have access to my photos! However, when I go into settings and check access is turned on for all of them. I have updated the phone IOS, deleted and reloaded the various apps, and rebooted the phone. Any suggestions?
