constant unauthorized charges by apple

I keep getting unauthorized charges. I somehow got to customer service after HOURS and they could not remove charges but gave me three months "free itunes." The itunes I got on my phone is from my iPod from 2005 and apple charged me over 17.00 a month to access those. No new music. I called and complained and they cannot refund my money but offered a 3 free months for itunes unlimited music. The next day there was a 11.00 plus charge on my credit card. I have been online trying to get help and cannot find a human to speak to. Apple keeps taking money out of my account. At first I refused to put credit card info on my phone and I got pop ups constantly. Now they have taken authorized payments for six months.

I don't know if this is related to phone or computer because I cannot figure out how to use it.
