If you hav an older Apple TV (2nd or 3rd gen) you can only access preset content directly. Providers are also starting to drop content. However, you may be able to use airplay if they allow it from the website.
If you have a 4th gen or 4K then you have access to the app store, if they have developed an app you can download it. Otherwise, you would have to use airplay (the same as above applies)
