Third part purchase

I am trying to purchase a package from an on line game I play and it tells me it can’t complete the transaction. How do I correct this to buy the packages? I bought 2 already but there are more I would like to purchase

If you are getting a message to contact iTunes Support that is what you should do (these are user forums, not iTunes Support) :

- go to http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww

- click on your country's flag (the country where you are, and which is therefore the country on your account)

- click on Contact Support towards the top right

- click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us'
