Payment method declined

For a very long time I have not been able to access thousands of music I downloaded on my music app because as at the time I was to be charged there was no enough money on my credit card . And after since then I have been trying to update the billing info to another credit card that is well funded but the error message has been PAYMENT METHOD DECLINED. Please help me MUSIC IS LIFE to me 😒🙁

If it's a debit card that might be why it's declined, not all seem to still be accepted by iTunes. Try a different card.


For a card to have a chance of being accepted it needs to be registered to the same name and address (including format and spacing etc) that you have on your iTunes account, and have been issued by a bank in the country where you are (and therefore the country which is on your iTunes account).
