Someone already asked this question. But I didn't get the answer. Because it only linked me in ways how to buy a gift card not to redeem an Apple gift card via email. Someone gave me a via Apple gift card then there's no any redeem button nor codes so I'm just stuck here figuring out how to work but I just have to ask the question again. Because I didn't get the answer correctly.
Apple Store gift cards can only be used with Apple's shops and their online store, they cannot be used with iTunes so don't have a redeem button - when you buy something from Apple's online store you would enter the card number and pin as part of the checkout process.

What kind of gift card is it, Apple Store or App Store/iTunes ? App Store/iTunes gift cards emails should have a 'redeem' button in them (Redeem App Store & iTunes Gift Cards, Apple Music Gift Cards, and content codes - Apple Support), unless you have something blocking it. Have you tried opening the email in a different browser or program ?
