iPhone backup

I have an IPad backed up on iCloud. I just got an iPhone and transferred all my info from Android phone. Can I back up iPhone to same iCloud account as iPad since there is a lot of different info on iPhone?

Yes you can, it will create a different backup file from your iPad.
