Motherboard failure, frozen device.

I bought an IPHONE X on 31st December 2017, not even a year and i’m facing problems with the motherboard. A month later after buying the phone, a minor crack on the lower right hand side of the phone appeared on the curved part of the screen due the handset being very delicate, the crack is hardly visible and is a size of a dot.

So the point is, how is a faulty motherboard related to the minor crack which is as tiny as a dot on the screen?

The service executive blamed the crack as the reason of the disfunction of the motherboard and the funny part according to them is, the motherboard responded to the crack after 10 months. According to them, the phone can’t be fixed up. Even after it being in the warranty tenure, i’ve been asked for entirely paid replacement.

My phone still falls in the APPLE LIMITED WARRANTY. The phone is stuck on apple logo and is completely corrupted. I have lost all my data as well.

What i’m looking forward to from Apple is to give me better service instead of irresponsive and unbothered answers. If the motherboard doesn’t even survive for one year in such an expensive phone, what is the probability left for me to invest on an Apple product? This is really questionable.

Hoping you guys revert back with a positive response.
