Payment information

I was on the SA app store. Moved back to Namibia now I cant add a new credit card; reverts back saying invalid payment method for the region. I cant update any app without a payment method under billing information. I cant purchase any new apps. I literally cant do anything. It wouldnt allow me to have a new account in Namibia ( again adding my credit card didnt work and the Namibia app store is small and limited anyway). What should I do? I have a lot of apps that need to be updated. Kindly help!!!
