How do I turn off sound on keypad?

If it's saying the actual key try Settings > General > Accessibility > Speech > Typing Feedback > Typing Feedback

Settings > Sounds > Keyboard Clicks 'off'

Although keyboard click is off, I continue to hear the letter or punctuation pronounced as I type. How do I turn this off?
