Cannot Delete All Recent FaceTime Calls

When I select Delete All Recent calls the calls appear to go away but then immediately return. I am not able to delete all FaceTime calls. Please advise

Hello CoStarz,

Thank you for reaching out in Apple Support Communities. I understand you're not able to delete the recent FaceTime calls. I can help with this.

The first thing I recommend, is to quit the app by choosing FaceTime from the top menu bar and then choosing Quit. Reopen the app and try to delete the recent calls again.

If this doesn't work, try quitting the app, then restarting your Mac.

Tried solution did not work. I am able to delete all recents on my MacBook Pro and iPhone however on my new Mac Mini I cannot delete any FaceTime calls at all. All devices are on the same iCloud account, Both Macs are on Mojave 10.14.2, FaceTime, and iCloud preferences are identical on both Macs. I have tried to sign out/sign in to iCloud still doesn't allow me to remove recent FaceTime calls on the MacMini
