I got a new MacBook and setup my iCloud Account - and it looks like most stuff came in fine.
For Apple Mail, I had several accounts all show up ok however only the Apple iCloud account was enabled - others I could easily enable - no problem.
However the Mail Rules did NOT get migrated over. I am curious if they should have or not?

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities! I understand that email rules for iCloud Mail on your MacBook Pro did not transfer from your other devices.
When you use iCloud Drive, your rules are available on your Mac computers that have iCloud Drive turned on. The exception to this would be files attached to rules, which aren't available. The following support article provides more information about this behavior:
