Fake Email on a billed item

Is this a fake email....as I did not make this purchase.

It's a phishing email (iTunes knows your name so won't address you as 'dear customer' ; genuine iTunes receipts also don't have PDF attachments ; and they are grammatical) you could forward it to Apple : reportphishing@apple.com , and then delete it.
