can't update iTunes on PC
I go to Help and look for updates. It says update available, would you like to update? I click on download now box. Nothing happens. I have 12.7.2.60 and update is for 12.9.2. Win 10 OS. Thank you.
Just an update, in order to access an old ipad Air, I first had to hit the Update option. That made it almost all the way through but couldn't finish because of an error. So I then went back and hit Restore and that then worked. I did get a message about the SIM card at the end but the ipad soon after started and I was able to reset it. It all works fine now.
However, none of this would have been possible if you hadn't shown me how to update iTunes on my PC. So, please read the first paragraph last and you get what I was trying to do. Thank you again!
