Apple Music Amazon Echo Alexa Linking Problem

On this page Apple mentions "Apple Music for Alexa is available only in the United States" - https://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT209250

So it looks like it's not available at all in the UK currently :(

I just booted up my new Echo today. Had the same issue but have now resolved the first bit of it. I just closed the ap and powered off Echo. Alexa then told me she was updating some software and hey presto Apple Music was available to link..

however...

I clicked Apple Music and then it directed me as expected to the Apple Music login page. I did this and also got my two step verification code. Unfortunately, after this step, a “done” button appears but no account linking happened. When I press done, it brings me back to the Apple Music skill that still says it needs to be linked... tried a few times..

And now when I ask alexa to play Apple Music I get

”Apple Music is not currently supported in your region”

Can you please tell me how/where you managed to find the Apple Music skill? I tried searching for it and just get 361 'unofficial' skills for 'Apple Music'...

Above pic is the standard Apple skill. Second pic is the end point of the linking process which doesn’t seem to get me anywhere...

Exactly the same for me. There IS no ‘Link New Service’ option on Alexa Music settings.

Cant find any way to add Apple Music to Alexa. Have tried app and website. Neither offer he option to add another service.

Exactly the same here thought this was app / skill was being released on the 17th December or is that just US

Must be US only, we don’t even have the option to add 3rd party music services n the UK

Gutted any idea when uk going to get it
