No service

A week ago a No Service signal appeared on my phone, I thought it was the telecom problem then I found out it is a hardware problem.

the iphone is asking for an update while it does not accept neither the update nor the reset. I tried to look online for it and some people are saying that I can change it from apple store with a new one.

any help?
