Apple Watch update

On my Apple Watch series 1 I’m stuck on the last update 4.3.2 and it won’t make me update to the newer version 5 i need help

Sounds like you have the original Apple (series 0) watch since only that one can't go to watchOS 5.

If you really have a series watch 1 what iOS version is on your phone?
