Apple ID logged me out for 90 days???

So I signed into my brothers Apple ID because he had money on his account so he said I could download a ringtone on it after I had completed downloading the ringtone the ligitimate and legal way via actual money I signed back into my own Apple ID and it logged me out for 90 days? I spoke to an Istore employee and he said that it’s because of some iCloud sync but I can still download apps and keep my music and everything like that but it won’t upload anything to iCloud but it’ll keep it on my phone. But when I go into Apple Music it says I’m offline and all my music is gone! Someone please help me and tell me how to get it back

You wait 90 days - I'm sorry, but that's how it works. It's to stop people keeping on signing in and out of various accounts: once you've changed the account you can't go back for 90 days. This only affects the particular device you used to access the other account. And incidentally anything you downloaded will be tied to your brother's account, not yours, and may not work and certainly can't be updated under your own account.
