iPad- wrong screen resolution

Hello I bought iPad 6. generation (2018) and in specification is that screen resolution should be 2 048 x 1 536 but when I download app for resolution check it displays that I have resolution only 768 x 1024. I can’t play videos on YouTube on higher then 1080p too. I checked my serial number in system options and I have 6. generation so store didn’t do misstake. What should i do? Thanks for all responses.

That URL will be useless in iOS - it's javascript and cannot access the actual information it needs to report an iOS device's screen resolution. It works fine in Mac OS or Windows, but iOS has very different restrictions on what JavaScript apps can access or do.

Safari for iOS has known issues with some of YouTube's 4K codec. Have you tried it in the YouTube App, or Chrome or Firefox?
