Why my IPhone 7 don’t have Live Photos 😕

Are you sure that your iPhone model is a "7"?

Should be this case, that feature should be available.

Take and edit Live Photos - Apple Support

Have you some restrictions enabled?

Sorry, Marisa, Live photos are available only on iPhones 6s or newer.... (It's a matter of software-hardware compatibility).
