Purple line appeared on the screen

I dropped my phone and an purple line appeared on the screen. There is no crack at all and the line does not appear when I do screen shot. What should I do ? Is this a factory problem ?

If you are under warranty or have AppleCare+, they may replace the device if spares are available and they have one in stock.


Your only way to find out your options is to make an appointment and take it in.
