Why can I not change haptic strength in series 4 iWatch?

There are only two haptic strengths you can select, either default or prominent.

One the watch>Setting>Sounds & Haptics

I found that. However, coming from a FitBit that was a very noticeable vibrate this one is very weak and I miss my notifications unlike my Fitbit. I read other series had the options to turn it up or down to comfort level but not the newest series. 🤔
