Service visit local store

I am so disappointed in my local apple store. I made a service appointment which was a week out. Showed up at my scheduled time waited and waited with my sons beats studio 2 which were still under warranty. I had the receipt. I was told it would be over 200.00 to send them out to be repaired and they were three or four models ago, but that they had the latest model if I would like to purchase. I asked if they were on the studio 5 or 6 because these were from last year and I thought the newest model was the studio 3, but some stdio 2 were still in stores. He barely looked at my receipt.

I couldn't believe it and I walked around the mall debating on purchasing a new pair for my son. I didnt think the pair I originally purchased were much more than 250.00 and they said it would be over 200 to repair. I went online and looked up the repair. I ordered the part which was 16.00 and popped it back on in less than 10 minutes, they are as good as new. I was being taken advantage of, they were trying to scam me into buying a new pair - playing on the fact that it was so close to Christmas and I would give in. I am totally disgusted. Why have a warranty, so you can get more people in to purchase new ones. So disappointed in apple employee, management and the company as a whole if this is the way they do business !!!!!!

You are not addressing Apple here. We are end users just like you. We cannot make this better.

Apple removed the web-based feedback link for reporting problems with support, service, and store experiences several years ago. That leaves you the options of either calling or sending a letter to Apple HQ:
