If that doesn't fix it contact iTunes Support in the country where you are (and which is therefore the country on the account) and see if they can/will re-enable it : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww

No, and you shouldn't give anyone your id and password. Follow the instructions I gave you.

You have now posted your user ID And password on a public web site. Never, ever, ever do that.

Nobody on here can re-enable your account for you, just follow the simple instructions that I gave.
