Itunes on PC is in Spanish, no option to change to English

I updated Itunes and it changed itself to Spanish. Now I cannot get it back to English. Every single search comes up with the same just do this...

WELL THAT DOES NOT WORK!!!

When I get to the drop down menu I do NOT HAVE AN OPTION to select English...

Where exactly does the following process not work for you? Works here to switch into Spanish, which I don't understand, and back again.

Ctrl + , <comma> should show the Preferences dialog box, the leftmost tab is General, the language dropdown is at the bottom of the dialog box, English (United States) is the twelfth entry in the list with UK and Aus above it. In Spanish it will read Inglés Estados Unidos). The OK button is the second from the right at the bottom. Close iTunes and reopen to apply.

Or see Change the menu language in iTunes on your Mac or PC - Apple Support.

Can you post a screenshot showing what you do see? Did you download the setup file from Apple direct? If you're running Windows 10 did you install from the Microsoft Store? Are your system settings set for Spanish, or are you in a Spanish speaking country. I was able to change iTunes into Spanish and back again following the same steps, and I've tested it with Chinese and Arabic before so I know it normally works.

For general advice see Troubleshooting issues with iTunes for Windows updates.

The steps in the second box are a guide to removing everything related to iTunes and then rebuilding it which is often a good starting point unless the symptoms indicate a more specific approach. When reinstalling right click on the downloaded setup file and use run as administrator. It may also help to temporarily disable any non-Microsoft anti-virus.

Review the other boxes and the list of support documents further down the page in case one of them applies.

The further information area has direct links to the current and recent builds in case you have problems downloading, or want to revert to an older version if the current one won't work properly for you at the moment.

Your library and device backups should be unaffected by these steps but there are links to backup and recovery advice should it be needed.

I appreciate your response, but basically you are repeating what I've already done and found on google. The issue is there IS NOT AN OPTION for English (in any language) on the drop down...so in order to follow the directions I need to know why I do not have the English option...

I just received a new update...if I complete that update will it change it back by chance??
