How do you turn on Battery Percentage?

I can not see my battery percentage on my phone and I would like to see it

iPod Touch (6th Gen)

This feature does not exist on the iPod. There is no way of getting the battery charge percentage to show next to the battery icon on the top of the screen. You can get the % from a 3rd party app or on the opening screen when you turn on the iPod while it is connected to a charging source.

Yes. It works on iPhone. Also, to verify that it is a iPhone, if there is a case, take it off. If it is a clear case, no worries. Now just check the text on the back of your device. If it's iPod, well bad luck. If it's iPhone, well great! Another way to identify it is the home button. Check if there is a square on it. If it has it, it's a iPod or old iPhone. If you think it is the old one, do the first thing I told you to do. If it doesn't have a square, you have a iPhone. Hope this helped.
