Internet Accounts not showing Facebook, Twitter as options

I was trying to share pics from Photos to Facebook on my late 2013 MacBook Pro running Mojave 10.14.2 and it wasn't an option in the share menu. So I head to Google to see what to do and I read that I need to add Facebook to my Internet Accounts. The pictures all show Facebook as an option on the list of possible accounts to add, but when I go to Internet Accounts, Facebook and Twitter aren't options. Anyone else have this issue? Anyone know how to fix? Software all seems up to date.

As a result of your question, I have scoured various help files (MacOS Mojave, Photos, etc.). I see various references to sharing photos in Facebook, but it turns out they all reference the now-obsolete iPhoto app on the Mac.

So I tried an experiment. I opened iPhoto (which still exists in the Applications folder) and sure enough there is an option there to share via Facebook.

Be very careful if you choose this route, however, as there are incompatibilities between the iPhoto library and the Photos library. I strongly suggest you keep the Photos library as the primary housing place for your photos.
