App Store has disappeared from my ipad
How can I reinstall the App Store as I think one of my children may have deleted it by mistake

The App Store cannot be deleted.
Try to search for it: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201285.
If the App Store does not show up in search, check Settings > Screen Time > Content and Privacy Restrictions > iTunes and App Store Purchases > Installing Apps needs to say allowed for the App Store to be visible.
