I bought a second hand iPhone which the previous owner remover the Apple id. ive been using it with my apple id for over a year. Until I recently erased and reset my device. The problem is when trying to activate it asks for the older owner Apple id. anyway apple can help me with this. Dont have contact with the previous owner since a bought it from a classifieds site.

I'm sorry, but in the situation you describe you will never be able to use the phone. Only the ID and password of the person who locked it can unlock it: Apple cannot help you. I'm afraid there is no way whatever round this.
It doesn't matter: Apple may only be able to help you if you were the original owner of the phone.
isnt there a way to prove I am the one that was using the cell phone with my apple id ?
