how to create banner on ipad pro lockscreen
I would like to create a banner of contact info on my iPad Pro. Is this possible? I was able to do it on my previous iPad 3. How?

There are plenty of apps out there that allow you to put text on a photo. Use one of those to make one with your contact info. Then set that to be your lock screen.
Or take a photo of a business card or something with. your contact info on it and use that as your lock screen image.
