Review Large Attachments in settings
If I delete all the Large Attachments in my messages does it delete the photo or video I attached from my iPhotos?

If I understand your post correctly, you would like to delete large attachments from your iPad but are concerned that this may delete photos you'd like to keep. I’d like to help.
The attachments that would be deleted are things such as photos that a friend texted to you but you did not save to your photos. The option does not delete photos that are in the Photos app.
