In App Purchases on ROBLOX

Hi there, I’m trying to purchase some Robux in this app and it asks me for my Apple ID twice and then it shows the purchase amount and the tick and it goes ding like it purchased. Then it says your purchase cannot be completed? I’ve tried it 5 times with the same thing happening? Can you help me please?
