iMovie: I can't export the file
This item cannot be shared while it is still referencing media on the camera. Please help me export this file. It's a 4hr video.

It appears that the import from the camera never got completed. Possibly the camera was disconnected before the import finished. Or maybe its battery ran out. A four hour video can take a while. Or maybe a defective cable or socket. Try re-importing your media while having your camera connected to power, and wait for the import to complete before trying to share out the project. See if that works.
