Our account is being charged 3 times each month by itunes and we want to know why.

If you haven't already done so look at the purchase histories of all iTunes accounts linked to the card : See your purchase history in the iTunes Store - Apple Support . And if necessary contact iTunes Support or the card issuer as appropriate
