charges

Our account is being charged 3 times each month by itunes and we want to know why.

We are fellow users, so obviously nobody on here can tell you what the charges are for. If you haven't already done so look at the purchase histories of all iTunes accounts linked to the card : See your purchase history in the iTunes Store - Apple Support . And if necessary contact iTunes Support or the card issuer as appropriate
