Apps won't open

Every time i try to access an app, a loading icon appears but never opens the actual app.

Try the easy fix first by forced reset on your watch. Press and hold bothbuttons together (about 10 seconds) until the Apple appears then release the buttons and allow the watch to reboot. If that doesn’t help you could try unpairing then re-pair (your choice whether you restore the backup made during unpairing, or setup as a new watch).
