apply pay stuck on continue cash

I am trying to set up apple pay cash and when I click continue it spins but then nothing happens and wont move forward. two factor authentication is enabled and I am signed in. Any work arounds.

I called in to Apple support and spoke with Crystal. She was very helpful and told me to go into my wallet and turn off Apple Cash button. The had me go to my settings, language and region, and make sure English was my language and check that United States was set for my region. Then we went to cellular settings and had me toggle my settings button "from off to on," for good measure I think. Then I went back to my apple wallet and toggled the Apple Cash button back to the "on" position, powercycled my phone, and it worked like a champ.


Thank you Crystal and Apple Support for the help. I've never called into Apple Support and been disappointed. I wish I could work for these guys.
