iPhone X Bluetooth and JBL Endurance earphones

I can connect ok and things go well for a while but then the sound starts cycling in and out until it is unusable. The battery is fully charged and I have tried all the usual trick of restarting, resetting etc. it started happening with the update to iOS 12

Thanks for that info and choosing the Apple Support Communities. If I understand correctly, you are having issues with your JBL Bluetooth headphones working consistently with your iPhone X. To help with your situation, please follow all of the steps in this Apple resource, including forgetting the JBL headphones in Settings > Bluetooth, restarting your iPhone and then pairing the devices again.



If you can't connect a Bluetooth accessory to your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
