Does anyone know me answer if the Apple Watch series 1 (2nd Generation) will still support the upcoming update of Watch Os ??

The true “Series 1” (not the original first generation) is supported by WatchOS v5.x. This is unlikely to change until a future whole number change, which we don’t expect before Watch Series 5 appears. You probably have at least 9months and maybe several years forward updates!
