je n ai plus les identifiants de l'ancien proprietaire de mon ipad et maintenant je suis completement bloque apres une mise a jour. Comment faire SVP ?

If you mean the iPad is locked to the previous owner's account you will have to find and contact that person, nobody else (including Apple) can potentially help you

Without the original owners info for that iPad, that iPad is now dead and useless to you.

You will never, EVER get that iPad working, again.

Sorry.

Time for a new iPad purchased legitimately and not a used one from somebody who didn’t know how to reset that iPad properly to sell it to someone.
