The Apple Music subscription is tied to a personal Apple ID, not to a device. The personal library is singular across all devices. The Apple ID represents all kinds of individual services. Giving your Apple ID to others would allow others to make purchases in your name.
The Individual or Student subscription is not to be shared with other people. Use the Family subscription for use in groups.
