I tried all the solutions I found here and there and it's not working. I have the MacOs Mojave version, 10.14.2. I want to uninstall Mono and when I tried the solutions I found, it was still in my software when I looked through my computer's informations...

You can uninstall most apps by dragging them from Applications to the Trash, but some do require specific steps. This link from the app developer may help: macOS | Mono.
If those steps don't work, I recommend getting in touch with the developer directly.

From the Mono page, I tried the "Run this script in a Terminal window" steps, one at a time. While the first command ran apparently successfully, both of the last two commands got error messages:
sudo rm -rf /Library/Frameworks/Mono.framework
Password:
sudo pkgutil --forget com.xamarin.mono-MDK.pkg
No receipt for 'com.xamarin.mono-MDK.pkg' found at '/'.
sudo rm /etc/paths.d/mono-commands
No such file or directory
This is all much more important with the recent Mono malware report by Trend Micro
