Calculator icon not displayed in macOS (Mojave)

Hi all,

I recently saw that the icon of the Calculator app is not displayed anymore in macOS (Mojave) when switching between apps using command+tab. Anyone else with the same issue, and maybe a solution for it?

P.S.: The Calculator app is working fine, so this is more an annoying issue than a real problem.
