iPhone 7 overheating

Hi,

This is Jobayed, I am here to seek help for the following issue-

I have purchased 2 iPhone 7 a month back from The Souces, Toronto. One is running fine however the other one is overheating while running any function such as playing videos, facebooking, calling and so on. Recently, I tried to upgrade the iOS of that phone to 12.1.2 but every time it is getting failed. Please response with the solution of this issue.

If you can't update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Keeping iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch within acceptable operating temperatures
