"iCloud backup has been disabled for this iPhone by an administrator" message on iTunes.

I am trying to use iCloud to back up my phone vs my computer which I've been able to do in the past with previous iPhones I've owned, and it has always worked just fine, so I am unsure what the issue is here. This is not a corporate/business iPhone- it is my personal iPhone. I have everything in the settings app enabled to be able to back up the phone via iCloud but still receive the message above. I have googled and searched, and unfortunately have not been able to find a resolution still. Any help and/or advice will be greatly appreciated!
