We are going to need more information.
Hardware info, software version, details of what might have recently changed, what errors are seen, what diagnostics, what’s not working.
Did you upgrade to Mojave? Because if you did, there’s effectively no Server.app for Mojave. What’s called Server.app now is an MDM server, not a network server.
