Apple Wacth

My old phone crashed, and I got a new one. I am just now getting around to pairing my wacth with my new phone. When I reset my wacth it is asking for my Apple ID and password that was used on my old phone, I have tried all the possibles that I thought it might be under, I have no way to go back and look on the old phone because it literally crashed. So I’m not sure what to do, the phone I have now is under my current email, with a new Apple ID, because we couldn’t transfer pictures or anything because the other phone wouldn’t turn on.
