I know Apple pretty well and this e-mail doesn't live up to their quality, especially since the email I received this from is noreplyprtserpices79@appsrvscntr.org. Opinions?

You are correct. That email address goes nowhere that has anything to do with Apple.
The horrible grammar and spelling are also always dead giveaways to these scam emails.
