I know Apple pretty well and this e-mail doesn't live up to their quality, especially since the email I received this from is noreplyprtserpices79@appsrvscntr.org. Opinions?

It's a scam, you can report to Apple here: Avoid phishing emails, fake 'virus' alerts, phony support calls, and other scams - Apple Support
