I have a iPhone xr topright corner bellowwifi and battery symbol two small oval symbols what Is there purpose they go off quickly

They are designed to indicate (or remind) that the Control Center is now accessed by dragging down from the top right corner (rather than from the bottom as in earlier models). Those icons will only display while the phone is relatively new.
